A Part of the Community

Marina Martial Arts annually donates over $1,000 in gift certificates to local schools and non-profit fundraising groups. Our instructors are regularly scheduled speakers at school career days and classroom educational programs which include martial arts demonstrations, plus they teach safety awareness. The school has received awards from the American Cancer Society and the Culver City Rotary Club for fundraising and contributions to charity programs.

Annually, Marina Martial Arts hosts a variety of opportunities for students to contribute their time and energy to charitable causes. They have a great time while gaining the personal benefits of helping others. One of the Life Skills we believe is integral to becoming a true martial artist is giving back to the community. We offer our students many opportunities to learn teamwork and leadership skills while they are helping others.
